414aZd+r9BL._AA160_Antoine Cassar’s study on “Rage – That Other, Inevitable Muse,” the interlacing of anger, empathy and lyricism in 20th and 21st-century poetry, was published by Peter Lang Verlag in January 2014 in From Your Land to Poland: On the Commitment of Writers.

Cassar refers to works by Kavafis, Neruda, Szymborska, Mahmoud Darwish, The European Constitution in Verse (which includes two poems by Clare Azzopardi), Adrian Grima, Matt Sedillo, Karl Schembri, and Najwan Darwish.

The book is edited by Dorota Walczak-Delanois, Katia Vandenborre, Petra James.
